1. How does pricing for custom-branded Snuggies work?

Pricing for custom-branded Snuggies varies by quantity as well as type of design placed on the Snuggie, e.g., a two color print may cost more then a one color print; an embroidered design may cost more then a printed design.

2. Is the price of my custom order the same price per piece as shown online?

No. Online pricing is a fixed cost only applicable for pre-designed items. Price for each custom order varies by quantities as well as other options which are offered by Custom Snuggie.

3. Do you offer any other colors other then those shown online?

Yes. Please consult with your Custom Snuggie specialist for additional color options.

4. How long does it take to receive my custom order?

Custom orders are filled within 2-3 weeks from the date that you approve the artwork we provide you. Orders may take longer based on quantities ordered as well as the shipping destination.

5. Are Custom Snuggies washable?

Yes. It is advised that you machine wash your Custom Snuggie using cold water and air dry.

6. Does the "buy two get one free" promotion apply to custom-branded orders?

No. All custom orders are priced accordingly to your requests. The pricing is already discounted for bulk sales.

7. Can I use my own shipping company?

Yes. Your shipping information must be provided at the time you place your order.

8. Do you offer fundraising programs?

Yes. Custom Snuggie offers several options for fundraising programs. Please complete the request form and a Custom Snuggie specialist will be in touch with you within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).

9. Can I use the Snuggie brand name while promoting my custom-branded Snuggie?

Yes. You can use the Snuggie name for your own marketing efforts. Please be sure to check with your Custom Snuggie specialist in regards to all of the terms and conditions.

10. Can I order less than 48 customized Snuggies?

No. At this time, 48 is the minimal quantity for custom-branded Snuggie orders.

Custom-branded Snuggie FAQs

 

1. How long does it take to receive my online order?

We try our best to ensure that each online order is shipped within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed. Orders may take longer based on time of year and available stock.

 

 

2. Can I cancel my online order?

No. Once an order has been placed online it is not eligible for cancellation. If after you receive your Custom Snuggie and you are unsatisfied with the product, you have 30 days to return the merchandise to us. You will then be refunded the cost of the merchandise minus the processing and handling charges.

 

Simply return your product in the original packaging and mail to Custom Snuggie Inc, 38 Richboynton Road, Suite T, Dover NJ 07801. Please be sure to include a copy of your original order receipt which was provided at the time of purchase and include a note stating that you would like a refund on your purchase.

 

 

3. Once my order has been processed can I make changes?

A. All orders are processed based on the information provided upon checkout. Please be sure to double check your ship-to address as well as making sure the proper zip code is provided.

 

 

4. What do I do if I receive the wrong item or an item was missing from my shipment?

Please send your e-mail to onlineorders@customsnuggie.com and be sure to include your order number. All orders will be reviewed within 4-5 business days and a Custom Snuggie specialist will be in contact with you.

 

 

5. Can I customize a Snuggie with my own design?

Yes and No. We do offer custom-branded Snuggies but there is a minimal order requirement of 48 Snuggies.

 

New Jersey residents add sales tax to order total. Orders from outside the Continental U.S. are not permited.
