  • How long does it take to receive my online order?
  • We try our best to ensure that each online order is shipped within 5 to 7 business days after the order has been processed. Transit times may vary depending on the delivery address.
  • Can I cancel my online order?
  • Unfortunately once an order has been placed online it is not eligible for cancellation. However, if after you receive your Custom Snuggie and you are unsatisfied with the product, you have 30 days to return the merchandise to us. You will then be refunded the cost of the merchandise minus the processing and handling charges.

    Simply return your product in the original packaging and mail to Custom Snuggie Inc, 38 Richboynton Road, Suite T, Dover NJ 07801. Please be sure to include a copy of your original order receipt which was provided at the time of purchase and include a note stating that you would like a refund on your purchase.
  • Once my order has been processed can I make changes?
  • All orders are processed based on the information provided upon checkout. Please be sure to double check your ship-to address as well as making sure the proper zip code is provided.
  • What do I do if I receive the wrong item or an item was missing from my shipment?
  • Please send your e-mail to onlineorders@customsnuggie.com and be sure to include your order number. All orders will be reviewed within 4-5 business days and a Custom Snuggie specialist will be in contact with you.
  • Can I customize a Snuggie with my own design?
  • Yes and No. We do offer custom-branded Snuggies but there is a minimal order requirement of 48 Snuggies.
